Credit Policy
To begin production of your equipment we require receipt of a deposit equal to 1/3 of the product value ordered. The balance of payment will be required prior to shipment, unless you have an establish credit account with us. Payment can be made with a credit card, check, or bank transfer. Warranty
Your Kennco Equipment is warranted to be free from manufacturing defect for one year from date of purchase with certain limitations. If your equipment has an obvious defect in labor or materials when new, we will replace the defective part regardless of whether we made it or purchased it and installed it.
Once you have used the equipment, we limit our warranty to parts of our own manufacture. Some assemblies may include pumps, engines, batteries, and valves, drive assemblies, gearboxes or other major components, which we purchase and use but do not manufacture. We will pass the manufacturer’s warranty on to you. Any component part manufactured by Kennco is warranted to be free from defect for a period of one year.
If you have a warranty claim please contact your sales representative immediately and before you do anything to the equipment. Once equipment or parts have been altered warranty is void.
Shipping
All orders that are shipped, are packaged and secured to the best of our ability. They will be shipped per customer request via UPS, FEDEX, Box Truck, Flat Bed, or Kennco delivery. Customer is responsible for inspecting equipment BEFORE signing for it. If any parts are missing or damaged it is the customers responsibility to refuse shipment, or make note of damage with the shipper. If no documentation of claim is made with the shipper at the time of delivery Kennco is not responsible for loss or damage.

Kennco’s equipment has been pre-approved by SunTrust Leasing. If you are interested in financing your equipment through Sun Trust ask your sales representative for a Sun Trust Credit Application. You will work directly with Sun Trust on the approval and financing process.
