Our drip tape retriever is used by growers to pull and remove irrigation tape from the field for disposal or reuse. It includes a platform for a worker who supervises and guides the rolling of the tape and reloads the reels. It is powered by the tractor’s hydraulic system and includes a flow regulator to speed up or slow down the reel speed. Attached to the three-point hitch of a tractor, the retriever is moved from one bed to the next at the edge of the field. The operator attaches each line of tape to the reel and then supervises its collection.
