Throughout our history, we have taken on a variety of special projects for companies outside of agriculture. These projects have ranged from machining parts to fabricating custom equipment to complete assembly of our customers' proprietary products.

Since we began doing business in 1973, we have invested in production equipment to keep our costs competitive.  We have made major investments in CNC machining equipment, thermal cutting systems, and welding and fabrication equipment. We like to keep this equipment busy!

In addition to using it to minimize our own production costs, we hope to use our equipment to provide you with the parts and subassemblies you need for your own products. We are capable of machining or shape cutting parts for your products, and can weld and fabricate most framework and structures for you. We have our own sheet metal working equipment, painting facilities, and general metal working and finishing equipment. We stock a wide variety of parts and hardware and can source other components when needed.

We feel comfortable that you will find Kennco Manufacturing to be a reliable and professional vendor. Our niche is in providing parts to those customers who need batch quantities in the small to medium range (1-2000 parts) with reasonable tolerance requirements.

If you have a custom part or weldment that does not have drawings or specifications, we will come to your location (anywhere within a 60 mile radius of Tampa, Florida) to pick up a sample or measure your existing part(s). If possible, send a sample and we will get right back to you with a quote.

ENGINEERING SUPPORT
Kennco Manufacturing uses a variety of engineering tools. We've been using Computer Aided Drafting for over a decade, and currently use AutoCAD 2000, available for all of your industrial needs.

We can build a part or an entire machine based on your specifications, or prepare drawings from an existing prototype.  We can also prepare drawings for documentation, or for use with our CNC equipment.

Jobs completed by Kennco can be priced on a quote, contract, or time-and-materials basis, depending on the customer's needs.

• Haas 4-axis CNC Horizontal Machining Center machining envelope 24" x 20" x 20", max part weight 1,500 lbs
• Mazak Quick Turn 20N CNC Lathe, max swing 20", cutting dia 11.8", length 40.76", weight without center 400 lbs
• Manual Lathes, Vertical and Horizontal Milling Machines

• Titan CNC Thermal Cutting system with high definition plasma heads, panels up to 10' x 25', stainless and aluminum from 18 gauge to 5/8" thick, and carbon steel 18 gauge to 8" thick

• Hyd-Mech CNC cutoff saw, circular saw, and three band saws
• Extensive sheet metal capabilities: shear up to 10' x ¼" thick, bend up to 10' x 10 gauge. Call for other capabilities.

• Welders are certified in carbon steel and stainless steels welding.
