SALES MANAGER
Job duties would involve actively selling to end users, planning and executing marketing strategies including trade shows, media advertising, and working with dealers out of state, while directing and monitoring a sales staff of three other people. This is a high-energy job requiring imagination, endurance, and adaptability.

You must have good communication and interpersonal 'people' skills, and be able to see things through without drama. You must be - computer literate - able to use MS word processor, spreadsheet, and contact databases and capable of learning manufacturing ERP software. You must be mentally proactive and physically able to work whatever hours the job requires.

The following abilities are to your favor.

  • Understand Plasticulture.
  • Marketing degree.
  • Have past experience in selling equipment ranging from $500 - $35,000 in value.
  • Ag science or Ag Engineering degree.
  • Sales experience at user level. Managerial talents.
  • Past business owner.
  • Bilingual.
  • Farming background.
  • Able to relocate at your expense.
  • Knowledge of our specific products.

CNC Machinist
Skills and Qualifications -

  • Experience Programming and Operating Lathes
  • Vertical and Horizontal Mills
  • High School, GED or Vocational Training is preferred, but a number of years of experience will be strongly considered
  • Ability to read and build to blueprints
  • Solid work history and references
  • Requires personal tools


Assembly Mechanic
Skills and Qualifications -

  • Fork Truck experience
  • Automotive or farm equipment experience
  • Leadership skills a plus
  • High School, GED, or Vocational Training is preferred, but a number of years of experience will be strongly considered
  • Ability to read and build to blueprints
  • Solid work history and references
  • Requires personal tools


Sheet Metal Fabricator and Welder
Skills and Qualifications -

  • Shearing and Forming experience 20 gauge to 1/4" steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Experience working in MIG and TIG welding lighter gauge steel and aluminum
  • Leadership skills a plus
  • High School, GED or Vocational Training is preferred, but a number of years of experience will be strongly considered
  • Ability to read and build to blueprints
  • Solid work history and references


Heavy Fabricator and Welder
Skills and Qualifications -

  • Experience working in MIG welding 1/8" to 2" plate
  • Leadership skills a plus
  • High School, GED or Vocational Training is preferred, but a number of years of experience will be strongly considered
  • Ability to read and build to blueprints
  • Solid work history and references
