In addition to our vegetable production equipment, we also manufacture loaders for harvesting citrus. If you know our reputation in vegetable production, then you will be pleased with the durability and quality of our Agmaster citrus loader. What makes our loader different from other brands on the market is that the motor that rotates our lift boom is located outside the support tower. We use a heavy duty gear and bearing instead of a rotary actuator. This makes our product much easier to service and repair when necessary. Features include: Interchangeable heads for square fresh market bins and round (10 box) processing tubs 12 foot (3.6 m) reach from the lift boom Lift boom has a load bearing capacity of 8,300 lbs at 12 feet, and a hydraulic lifting capacity of 1800 lbs at 12 feet Boom rotates a full 360° with a stop at front of truck hood Hydraulic boom rotation motor can be removed or adjusted without having to disassemble the boom and tower Hi-Lift box has 90 box capacity; larger options are available Box sides can be lifted from the truck to provide a flat bed for hauling fresh fruit bins Position of the control valve bank is adjustable for operator convenience Includes a safety stand for working under raised box Includes safety features such as mirrors and beepers for backing in the grove Industry standard components for parts replacement from any industrial supply house We also modify or refurbish existing citrus loaders. If the chassis of your loader wears out, or the engine no longer runs, we can strip and prepare a new chassis and move the existing lift boom and box to the new chassis. If you have a good chassis but need a loader, we can install a new lift boom and box on that chassis. In addition to our standard product, we also customize our loaders to meet the needs of customers who harvest citrus mechanically. We produce different sized lift boxes to carry more citrus and follow a mechanical harvester. Contact our sales department to discuss your special requirements.
